Charitable foundation "Ghart" is an association of volunteers with the aim of helping the army in the fight against the invaders and the consequences of military actions. We are a completely non-profit organization whose purpose is to consolidate resources and efforts and direct them to current needs on demand.
WHAT WE CAN DO
The "Gart" Charitable Foundation has 2 main directions in its work.

HISTORY OF THE "GART" CHARITY FOUNDATION
The founder and head of the fund is Serhii Voronov, a public and political activist from the city of Kamianka. In the past, he was the head of the Department of Education and Humanitarian Policy of the Cherkasy City Council, before the full-scale invasion, he was the director of the Cherkasy Higher Vocational School #23.
"Since the beginning of the war, we started volunteering to work in order to be useful in the direction we could best - on the basis of our institution - we prepared dinners for military personnel and internally displaced persons, and also hosted displaced persons. From 2,500,000 to 10,000,000 soldiers and internally displaced persons were fed daily. We worked in this mode for several months.
Then there was training and preparation with a group of comrades for a trip to the front. Mobilization to the Armed Forces. The first exit is the Donetsk direction. As for the needs of the military, they are constantly changing. At the beginning of the war, this is basic ammunition and basic needs.”

LEGAL LIABILITY
The legal side of our activity is our charity fund registered non-profit organization. The fund is registered 05/02/2022. The official documents can be seen below.
We never use the accounts of individuals or individuals volunteers We collect all funds only on official accounts Fund. This provides full control and absolute transparency of all financial transactions.
In no case do we withhold commission or interest from the fee funds or for placing projects. All money collected, to pennies, go exclusively to pay for the needs of specific projects.
In the event that the charity project cannot be implemented with for reasons beyond our control, we keep the collected funds on the corresponding account until the final clarification of the circumstances. If there is no possibility to realize the target need under any conditions - funds, in full or as possible leftovers from the fee, will be allocated exclusively to the target needs of other projects.
Please note: due to legislation, donations are available exclusively voluntary and irreversible. The maximum that, in in an exceptional case, at your request and personal appeal, we we can transfer the amount of your donation to someone else's need charity project. And therefore, transferring funds to someone charitable purpose, you should be aware of these points and decide all possible doubts before the transaction.
